OFFSHORE "FREE FLOATING" RENEWABLE ENERGY
As Tar Kovacs Systems technology allows solid opportunities to protect, clean up and excavate raw sea goods and materials from oceans and deep sea beds, it also allows the building of the highest quality and efficiency in off shore power plant technology the world has ever seen in action, providing constant renewable energy without ever touching the sea bed. No anchors, no foundations, no maintenance and no
destruction by tsunami, typhoon, hurricane, storm or earthquake. The result is a real opportunity to build far off shore as many power plants on deep sea beds or surface as needed, for half the cost of any other currently known technology.
These off shore power plants would then supply cheap electric energy on shore including H & O green fuels for all vehicles and all other Tar Kovacs Systems applications -- to fisher ships, free wild itinerant fish farms, new ship building, deep sea excavation of raw materials, pure and rare mineral water wells collections, and unlimited green technology sea tasks.
There would be safer, simpler, powerful, more efficient, silent, non-polluting engines without hydrocarbons and free of pollution operating at sea with safety and security, while avoiding
another disaster at sea like the "Oceanlinx" platform which was destroyed with one storm.
University ocean science, marine biology, aquatic life and oceanography departments
will be excited about our concepts and designs for autonomous wild fish farms, self-itinerant at all depths, protecting their fry to maturity in the open sea without assistance or crew, then returning to the coast and harbor for harvest offloading, distribution and generation of income.

Pure & Mineral Water From The
Extensive growth from TKS technology will generate extensive revenue(s) from export of sea “green” products that were not before accessible, yet paramount to the local economic growth. Pure water and expensive mineral waters extracted by the TKS "Water Well Submarine" will create economy alone and solve all water issues. This dispenses with costly de-salinization for areas needing pure water for drinking, while exporting rare mineral water for economic revenues. In addition to building a marine industry producing fresh water and rare mineral water in industrial quantities, at costs much lower than desalinization of sea water technology is an excellent opportunity for the future -- To become a producer of fresh water in the same way as for oil in the 20th century as stated in the news from south east Africa. Water for drinking, bathing, hygiene, health, livestock and farming are all addressed through the "SeaSpace" project. Here attached is a video of our submarine vessel, called the "water well collector". It is between a submarine drone, because uninhabited, but it is also a submarine heavy work site or laboratory. To give you scope and scale, each balloon contains 6000m3 of clear water. Its energy autonomy lasts for several months. It is working like a fuel cell by its own
body, as usual, and the many potentials allows it to balance the clear water balloon which becomes lighter and lighter before leaving suddenly to the surface. These clear water balloons are pumped from their top from a tanker ship. Then, empty balloons are recovered and reused. Hundreds of such balloons are stored on the submarine vessel. It is not well done on the video, but these
balloons are very, very thin and resistant.
Our Deep Sea Submarine Platform (drawing below) is an absolutely “cutting edge” innovative kind of stream power train consisting of several “block like” cars, built on our same technology with sophisticated automatic communications patents. Each car, leaving the pool of construction by its own renewable power, dive to the assigned location spot, self affixes itself to a safe seabed location then connects itself to the next car on the train to begin providing renewable energy from sea streams. In case of damage, the car realizes the problem and upwells to the surface for maintenance intervention then returns. The original TKS platform proposed to DCNS (French military submarine builder) in 2006 resulted in the last design of the risky, nuclear submarine model power plant version of our non-nuclear sub surface power plant model. The TKS “Stream Power Train” from 2006 now turns out to be the best, overlooked technological advancement and achievement of its kind, as it is coupled with other dimensions of economics providing a true “Virtuous Economic Cycle” for the sponsoring country.
